Susan Tuss-Paralegal

I’ve been working side-by-side with Marc as his legal assistant and Paralegal since 1984, when it was just the two of us. Now I manage our personal injury and estate departments.

I oversee every personal injury case in the office. I work with insurance companies to make sure medical bills and wage loss is paid. I also arrange for cars to be repaired and for obtaining a rental car if necessary.

In estate matters, I accompany our clients to the Court House to set up an estate. I make sure all of the assets are located and that the taxes are paid.

What I like best about my job is working in an office that really cares about their clients. Pachtman Law Office is like a family and everyone that works here does their best to make the legal process easier for our clients.
